Re-authentication for Archive

    Own security protocol requires you to re-authenticate your connection from Archive to Salesforce.

    Failure to do so by November 30th, 2023 will result in an error message displayed on the Homepage, and archiving policies to run unsuccessfully. To re-authenticate your org, please follow the instructions below.

    For sandboxes displaying an "Organization is inactive" banner, please refer to Salesforce Refresh Troubleshoot Action
     

     

    There are 2 ways of re-authenticating depending on the package you have installed.

    We always recommend upgrading to the latest package to take advantage of our newest features and enhancements. See here toupgrade to our latest package (21.20.0) 

    Please follow the steps according to the current package installed. 

    Package #19 and above

    Package #18 and below

     

    Re-authenticating from Package #19

    1. Go to Archive Settings > Authenticated User.

    2. Click Change Authenticated User.
      You will be redirected to Salesforce to complete the process.

    Re-authenticating from Package #18 and below

    1. Open the Archive Settings by clicking the settings gear icon on the Own Archive Home Page.

    2. Go to Integration User and click Change Integration User.
      You will be redirected to Salesforce to complete the process.
