Restoring Read Only Fields in ServiceNow

    In ServiceNow, specific fields can be set as read only by default. This is defined at the sys_dictionary level, for example:

    Own cannot restore data to read only fields. To restore data to a read only field, perform the following:

    1. Set the read only field to false in ServiceNow.
    2. Run a full backup for Own to identify the attribute change from "read only = true" to "read only = false".
    3. Rerun the restore job.
