What Tables Are Excluded from ServiceNow Backups?

    When backing up your ServiceNow instance, the following tables are excluded from our backups to preserve your instance performance and reduce backup time:

    Shadow tables are created to support Rollbacks denoted with a ‘$’ in the table name.
