When a Salesforce refresh occurs, copying the org's data to a new org, the new org is assigned a new org ID. If Secure is installed in the original org, it is copied over with the existing data to the new org. This new Secure installation is not properly licensed since the new org ID is not recognized by Own. Secure does not provide any customer information to Own other than an Org ID, requiring the customer to reach out for identification and activation. Please contact Own Support for further assistance.
