To add Lightning components to a record page, perform the following:
Navigate to the specific record page.
Click the Menu icon.
Select Edit Page.
In the Custom - Managed section, on the bottom of the left column, perform the following:
Locate "FieldHistoryExplorer" and "SecurityAccessExplorer".
Drag and drop them to the desired location on the page.
Be sure to "Save" and "Activate" for all users before exiting the Lightning App Builder. The Lightning component is now visible on the record pages:
