Use Salesforce Files Option in Secure Settings

    This article highlights issues a client may face when using an application that takes created attachments, converts them to files, and deletes the original attachments. By default, Secure writes all results from jobs to attachments. Secure has an option available to write all results to files instead of attachments. Perform the following to enable this option:

    1. Navigate to the Settings tab in Secure.
    2. Under the General section, enable the "Use Salesforce files" option.
