Secure Tab Loading Issues

    This article provides information on why a feature tab may experience loading issues. The user is presented with a modal describing five different reasons as to why this may have occurred.

    1. RSS settings are no longer required in Secure. Please upgrade Secure to the current version to resolve this issue.
    2. The “Modify Metadata ThroughMetadata API System” must be assigned to the user by an Admin.
    3. Salesforce IP addresses must be whitelisted if using IP restrictions. For a list of addresses and domains, refer to the Salesforce support page here.
    4. Deselect the IP address session lock to resolve this issue.
    5. An API callout limit has been reached and access has been locked temporarily. Access is restored after 24 hours.
