Creating a FedRAMP Account

    During the onboarding process, a support representative assists new users with creating an account. To create an account, perform the following:

    1. A support representative creates the new account. Check for an email from Own to reset the password for it.
    2. Enter a new password and select ​Change Password​​.
    3. Recover's login page is displayed. Select the government service region, enter an email and password, and select ​Log In​​.
    4. The Recover services page is displayed.

    Continue working with the support representative to configure Single Sign On (SSO) or OAuth and add services to Recover.
