How to Resolve Apex Errors in the History Retention Policy Manager for Secure

This article covers a method to resolve apex errors within the History Retention Policy Manager (HRP) tab. To use the following setting, a new Batch Configuration must be created, or edit an existing one. If any options shown are missing, the page layout for Batch Configuration must be edited.

HRP Objects per Fields Request

This is the number of fields Secure requests in a single batch. A higher value may cause an apex error. Lowering the value of this configuration may remedy the issue.
