Cloning Table Columns from Vendor to a Personal Developer Instance (PDI)

To assist users in preparing their ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance (PDI), before starting their work with Own  Accelerate, this article provides the procedure to use to clone ServiceNow table columns from Vendor to PDI.

To clone ServiceNow table columns from Vendor to PDI:

1. Navigate to the tables columns list, and do the following:

   1. Enter into the Vendor’s instance.

   2. Click All, enter sys_dictionary.list, and press Enter.

3. Filter the fields added to the table, and select the checkboxes to mark them.

4. Right-click the headers → Export → XML.

5. Click Download.

2. Navigate to the PDI instance, and do the following:
    
   1. Click All, enter sys_dictionary.list, and press Enter.
       
   2. Right-click the headers → Import XML.

3. Select the XML file and upload it.
